We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in GA4 and digital analytics to track, measure, and analyze user behavior across web and app platforms. The candidate will turn data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve user journeys, and support data-driven decision-making.
· Analyze multi-channel marketing and user behaviour data
· Develop reports, hypotheses, and actionable inferences
· Collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns and customer acquisition
· Support audience analytics practices from requirements to execution
· Contribute to GenAI/ML-powered predictive solutions in marketing
What You’ll Need
✔2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing-focused analytics role
✔ Strong grasp of marketing metrics and customer acquisition models
✔ Proficiency in: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, MoEngage, Clevertap, Tableau, Power BI
✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
(Engineering or MBA is a plus)
