JRNY Services is a growing marketing and operations partner, backed by a wider group of companies, which gives the business long term stability and support. Since launching in October 2025, we are already working with multiple clients globally (including in the UK, Germany and UAE), delivering ongoing projects that are closely tied into the group’s existing products and relationships, so this role sits inside an already proven and rapidly growing business.


Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support our day to day client delivery and marketing activity. This is a mid-level role for someone who is organised, communicates clearly, and is happy juggling multiple projects rather than sitting in a single channel. You will sit at the centre of our client work. You will help keep projects moving with our global client base, support the Managing Director and Head of Operations, coordinate with specialists in SEO, design and web development, as well as take ownership of internal marketing projects such as our podcast promotion and growth. If you enjoy making sure nothing falls through the cracks, like talking to people, and want a varied and engaging marketing and client facing role, this will suit you well.


Key Responsibilities

Client communication and coordination

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on operational and project related questions.
  • Join client calls to take notes, capture actions and clarify next steps
  • Help draft clear follow up emails that summarise discussions, decisions and timelines.


Estimating, SOWs and quotes

  • Translate internal briefs from the Managing Director and Head of Operations into structured scopes
  • Coordinate with specialists across SEO, design, content and web-development to gather effort estimates.
  • Consolidate estimates into internal costing sheets
  • Draft Statements of Work and client facing quotes using our templates, including scope, timelines, assumptions and exclusions, for sign off by senior team members


Project management and reporting

  • Set up and maintain project plans in Asana for all active projects.
  • Create and assign tasks, set due dates and track progress against agreed timelines.
  • Monitor overdue items, blockers and risks, and flag these to the relevant team members.
  • Prepare simple weekly or fortnightly status updates for clients and internal use.


Support to Managing Director and Head of Operations

  • Provide admin and coordination support for proposals, decks and follow ups.
  • Help prepare agendas and notes for key internal and client meetings.
  • Support general operational tasks that keep client work and internal projects moving.


Marketing generalist and podcast support

  • Help develop and maintain the brand for our podcast, including visual assets and messaging, working with our design team where required
  • Research and coordinate outreach to potential podcast guests, manage scheduling and confirmations.
  • Support publishing workflows for each episode, including show notes, uploads and basic promotion.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, such as promoting new content, growing social channels based and coordinating with team members when needed.


Skills and experience Essential

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, client servicing or project coordination role, ideally in a digital agency or B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English. Our clients are all overseas, English speaking.
  • Confident using project management tools such as Asana, Monday or similar.
  • Good working knowledge of common design tools, such as Figma and basic MS office apps including spreadsheets for basic time and cost calculations.
  • Proven ability to stay organised across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for follow ups and chasing actions without being prompted.


Nice to have

  • Experience drafting SOWs, proposals or quotes for client work.
  • Exposure to SEO, content, design or web projects, even if not as a specialist.
  • Experience supporting podcasts, webinars or similar B2B content formats.
  • Prior experience in a fully remote team.

Salary guidance

The salary range for this role is ₹5 to ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience
