Job Description : a) Analyze financial & accounting datasets b) Design and maintain dynamic Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and automated reporting tools. c) Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports d) Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all financial reports e) identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from financial data Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and Excel reporting. - Know to operate Tally and abstract data - Familiar with Accounting Principals - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions: pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and VBA. - Strong understanding of various accounting & financial data. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines. Preferred Attributes • Familiarity with financial modeling and scenario analysis. • Exposure to ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP). * Ability to Reconcile data to find the diffrences
