Location: Work within the assigned state/district.
Monthly Client Target: Get 50 clients minimum.
New Companies Target: Secure orders from 3 new companies minimum per month.
Working Hours: Flexible (manage your own time).
Client Meetings: Must carry ID, wear uniform, and have brochure. Look neat and professional.
Client Follow-up: Send daily follow-ups by WhatsApp/email.
Reporting: Report weekly on client meetings.
Instructions: Strictly follow company instructions and methods (no personal initiative).
Conduct: Be professional always.
Confidentiality: Do not share company secrets with others.
Materials: Use company materials only for work needs.
New Business: Actively look for new companies that need our services.
Training: Full training will be given within one week.
Pay: Commission is paid one month after the client's order is confirmed.
