You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and design teams to turn ideas into stories — and stories into measurable results.

As FitnessForce scales globally, our voice in the market becomes just as important as our product. You’ll shape how we tell our story — across blogs, social channels, newsletters, and campaigns — ensuring our content is consistent, data-driven, and meaningful.


You’ll also work at the frontier of AI-powered marketing, where creativity meets automation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content & Social Management – Manage our LinkedIn, Blog, Social Media and online profiles (G2, Capterra, other review sites). Keep them fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Website Updates – Plan and execute content updates to reflect campaigns, product changes, and events.
  • Email Marketing – Plan, write, and manage targeted campaigns for customers and prospects. Segment audiences and track engagement.
  • Feature Launches – Gather updates from the product/dev team, package them into clear announcements, and launch via appropriate channels.


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing (digital, content, or growth roles)
  • Proficient with at least one AI assistant tool (ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, Perplexity, etc.) — more than just basic prompts
  • Comfortable using AI for research, content creation, workflow automation, and analysis
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills for AI-generated content
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights
  • Hands-on with social media management and content scheduling tools
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or fitness industry, experienced in tools like n8n
