Marketing Consultant

As a Marketing Consultant at Alive Wellness Clinics & our D2C skincare brand, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for marketing roles and shaping the marketing strategy to drive growth. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Shortlist, evaluate, and screen marketing candidates based on technical expertise and growth mindset. - Conduct technical interviews focusing on performance marketing, campaign management, and analytics. - Provide detailed evaluation feedback to recommend final candidates. - Audit current marketing activities and propose improvements for better ROI. - Advise on paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and other key platforms. - Recommend tools, dashboards, and frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness. - Assist in creating performance goals, KPIs, and reporting systems. - Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on marketing and growth-related decisions. - Conduct training and mentorship sessions for junior marketing team members as needed. You should have a proven background in performance marketing, growth marketing, and digital strategy with hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across various ad platforms. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing candidates and marketing performance using data-driven insights. Prior exposure to recruitment, team building, or talent assessment in marketing will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working in a consulting or freelance capacity with flexibility.
