About the Role

Location: Worli, Mumbai (with occasional travel for shoots/projects)

Type: Full-time

Work Timings: 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday)

Reporting To: Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Executive to lead Evolve’s marketing activities end-to-end. This is a hands-on role involving content creation, social media management, storytelling, and business development support. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate brand values into engaging communication across platforms.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys both creative expression and structured execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to building a growing design brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content (Full Ownership):

● Create, edit, and publish high-quality photo, video, and graphic content.

● Write compelling captions and copy aligned with Evolve’s premium brand voice.

● Manage, schedule, and track posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.

● Handle all incoming DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

● Plan and maintain the monthly social media calendar for consistent, impactful storytelling.

● Conceptualize and execute mini campaigns to highlight products, projects, and behind-the-scenes stories.

● Monitor analytics, report on performance, and suggest data-backed improvements.

2. Marketing Calendar & Communications:

● Develop and manage the monthly marketing calendar across digital platforms, campaigns, collaborations, and events.

● Write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and the website, incorporating SEO best practices.

● Craft impactful short-form copy for ads, social campaigns, and client communication.

● Ensure all communication reflects Evolve’s design sensibility, craftsmanship, and global outlook.

3. Lead Management & Business Development Support:

● Track and qualify leads from social media and direct them to the sales team.

● Conduct research to build targeted client databases across local and international markets.

4. Creative Direction & Branding:

● Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital innovations.

Proactively suggest new ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and storytelling.

5. Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in interiors, luxury products, or design-related industries.

● Proven ability to create and manage content end-to-end (from concept to publishing).

● Strong photography/videography and editing skills.

● Proficiency in Canva, social media scheduling tools, and basic editing software.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Working knowledge of SEO, blogs, and digital copywriting.

● Highly creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,024.61 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
