About the Role

Role: Content Creator

Based In: Worli, Mumbai

Work Timings: 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday)

Reporting To: Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator with a strong visual sensibility and a refined eye for design. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to communicate a brand’s ethos through elevated, compelling content. You will be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and editing social media content, including static posts, carousels, and reels, that reflect the quality and distinctiveness of our work.

The objective is not only to maintain a consistent brand voice and presence but to position us ahead of our competitors in the visual design and interiors space.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality visual content tailored for Instagram and other platforms—including reels, carousels, and editorial-style posts—that highlight our products, processes, and design intent.

Editing & Post-Production: Manage the editing of videos and images for social media using tools like VN, InShot, Splice, Edits, or similar. Experience in professional video editing and animation is an advantage.

Storytelling through Design: Translate technical and tactile aspects of our products into narrative-led content that connects with an architecturally-inclined audience.

Visual Benchmarking: Conduct regular research to analyse visual trends, competitor content, and market positioning thus ensuring our content remains a step ahead in terms of creativity, relevance, and execution.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content aligned with product launches, ongoing projects, and key brand milestones.

Basic Photography/Videography: Capture original content from our studio, experience centre, or installations as needed using an iPhone.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse content performance to inform future direction and improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in content creation, visual design, or a similar creative role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create social media content for design, lifestyle, or architecture-related brands.

Proficiency in design and editing software (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Strong visual and editorial judgment, with attention to composition, typography, and brand tone.

Understanding of Instagram and content trends, including best practices for engagement and reach.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal design and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualities

A keen interest in materials, interiors, design, or architecture.

Familiarity with content produced by leading design studios and brands.

Clear communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
