This is your platform. What you'll own (Fully)? Digital Marketing Run and optimize Google, Facebook, LinkedIn ad campaigns Design the full sales funnel: Ads → Landing Page → CRM → Sales Manage email and WhatsApp automation (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) Track ROI, cost per lead, conversions — report weekly Branding & Communication Shape Arihant's voice, visual style, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations Guide freelance designers & writers to create world-class brand assets Build our LinkedIn, Instagram presence with relevant content Offline & Field Marketing Coordinate exhibitions, industrial events, government expos Create physical marketing kits for field sales and resellers Plan local campaigns, hoardings, flyer drops if required Website and Digital Infrastructure Oversee website improvement & SEO roadmap Collaborate with devs or freelancers for landing pages & lead capture forms Ensure site speed, CTAs, tracking & integrations are up-to-date Marketing Strategy and Reporting Create monthly growth plans, campaign calendars, and content maps Set, track, and optimize marketing KPIs (leads, reach, CPL, engagement) Are you the perfect candidate? Min. 3 years experience in marketing leadership or full-stack marketing roles Handled Rs. 50k+ monthly digital ad spends Proven background in B2B or industrial/technical sector preferred Excellent at copywriting, visual thinking, and hands-on execution You understand the pulse of industrial buyers and their decision cycles Highly structured, energetic, and outcome-driven What you'll get?
