Department:Marketing & Business Development

Reporting to:General Manager

Location:Kochi, Kerala

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient acquisition. The role involves both digital and offline marketing initiatives, partnership development, and client relationship management to support the clinic’s growth in regenerative medicine, fertility, and aesthetic gynaecology segments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing and promotional plans.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for new treatments, offers, and awareness days.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team

2. Business Development

  • Identify and build partnerships with corporates.
  • Develop patient referral and loyalty programs.
  • Explore opportunities for medical tourism and tie-ups with travel and wellness agencies.
  • Plan community outreach programs, wellness workshops, and CME events.
  • Support new service launches through events and targeted marketing.

3. Client Relationship & Communication

  • Maintain database of clients and coordinate periodic follow-ups through WhatsApp, calls, or email.
  • Gather patient feedback and testimonials for digital use.
  • Ensure patient experience aligns with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with front office for lead management and conversion tracking.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor competitors, trends, and service demand in the wellness industry.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports (leads, conversions, campaign ROI).
  • Recommend improvements for better visibility and business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare or wellness marketing(Not Mandatory)
  • Creative thinking and event coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
