Job Description

Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, potential lead partners (Domestic and International) and key stakeholders. Lead market research and monitor industry trends to identify areas of opportunities in line mainly focusing on the building sectors including Malls, commercial offices, residential buildings, hotel, hospitals, Museum, sports complex, etc. Working closely with members of the BD team and Sales Head to seek and identify new business opportunities through networking, official announcements, and tender tracking platforms (Tender info, regional and national newspapers, Projects today, Project monitor, project info, etc.) carrying out research, formulating, market analysis and delivering accurate business reports. Managing the complete due diligence processes and coordinate with compliance team to ensure necessary documentation is completed by partner firms. Managing all Bid Management Processes including decision to bid and stage gate reviews to ensure timely approval process Accountability for the bid preparation and submission lifecycle, ensuring team members collaborate with technical, sector, overseas office, and finance team members to carry out site assessments and prepare/collate accurate technical and commercial bid documents, JV agreements, bank guarantees, key professional LOA, MoU etc., in a timely manner including coordination with the partners and their pricing closure. Ensuring the bid management and sourcing team members work closely to carry out timely sourcing and evaluation of candidates for key professional positions. Ensuring the high-quality bids are being delivered meeting the international standards and protecting the Hill brand and ensuring the highest technical rating/ marks to be achieved in technical bid evaluation developing and negotiating contracts by integrating contract requirements in consultation with business operations.
