Position: Marketing & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

• Identify and approach new companies for manpower requirements.
• Generate business leads in manufacturing, logistics, chemical, steel & service industries.
• Develop long-term relationships with HR managers, plant heads, and company management.
• Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and business growth.

2. Client Management

• Understand client job requirements in detail and coordinate for suitable candidates.
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure regular manpower orders.
• Handle client queries, provide updates, and ensure timely service delivery.

3. Marketing Activities

• Promote company services (Recruitment, Staffing, HR Outsourcing).
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site visits regularly.
• Build brand visibility through social media, WhatsApp promotions & networking.
• Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and service packages.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal recruitment team for candidate sourcing.
• Track daily visits, calls, leads, and closing status.
• Submit weekly business reports and update CRM/records.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of local industries & manpower market.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Pleasant personality and field-work orientation.
• MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital marketing awareness.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, manpower supply, marketing, or industrial sales will be an advantage.
