Marketing & Business Development Executive – SFT Trainings

About the Role

SFT Trainings is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote our technical and corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth through strategic marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for corporate and technical training programs.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networks to connect with HR managers, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Promote SFT’s training offerings, including technical, soft skills, and customized corporate trainings.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular follow-up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the training team to understand training modules and create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Track and report sales progress, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking activities to increase business exposure.

Requirements

  • Only candidates from Punjab should apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (training/education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of the corporate training or education industry is a plus.
