Our team includes master mariners, chief engineers, and naval architects with decades of industry experience. What You’ll Do · Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations for shipowners, ship management companies, shipyards, and regulators. · Support proposal preparation, marketing collateral, brochures, technical one-pagers, and case studies. · Perform market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity analysis across the shipping and marine services sector. · Identify potential leads, prospects, and partners through proactive outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, industry events). · Manage early sales cycles from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closing support. · Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure offerings are aligned with maritime compliance requirements. · Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders, clients, and at industry events/webinars. · Contribute to digital marketing, including SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics-driven strategy refinement. You will gain end-to-end exposure to sales, consulting, and digital marketing in a specialized B2B maritime environment, while also engaging with emerging technologies shaping the future of the industry. Ideal Candidate Profile · Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Business / Marketing is advantageous. · Is an ex-seafarer (deck or engine officer) with sailing background, now looking to transition to a shore-based business role, OR has 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or consulting. · Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in pitching to clients. · Demonstrates curiosity for digital transformation, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) in maritime applications. · Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and performance metrics. · Has a self-starter mindset, resilience, and creativity in problem-solving. · Brings familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems, analytics).
