Marketing Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, configuration, and management of 

  marketing automation platforms

   (Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Create and optimize 

  end-to-end nurture campaigns

   tailored for C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Drive 

  omnichannel marketing campaigns

   across email, LinkedIn, web, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend 

  data-driven improvements

   to boost ROI.
• Collaborate with 

  sales and product teams

   to align messaging, ensure high-quality lead handoffs, and accelerate deal cycles.
• Stay updated with the latest 

  marketing automation trends and tools

  , implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 - 6 years

   of hands-on experience in 

  marketing automation

  , preferably in a 

  B2B SaaS or IT services environment

  .
• Strong expertise in 

  Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp

   (certifications preferred).
• Proven track record of executing 

  lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and ABM strategies

  .
• Solid understanding of 

  buyer journeys and complex B2B sales cycles

  .
• Analytical mindset with experience in 

  campaign performance tracking & optimization

  .
• Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in 

  Marketing, Business, or related field

  .
