About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:

  Audit existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.

• Automation Design:

  Develop and deploy automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Go high level, or custom scripts.

• AI Integration:

  Implement AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) into content, marketing, and business processes.

• System Integration:

  Connect multiple platforms (CRM, marketing tools, analytics, payment systems) via APIs and automation tools.

• Testing & Optimization:

  Ensure all automations run smoothly, troubleshoot errors, and improve efficiency.

• Documentation & Training:

  Create process documentation and train teams on using automation tools effectively.

• Scalability Planning:

  Build systems that grow with the business without losing performance or quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or business process engineering.
• Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database integrations.
• Experience with AI tools for task automation, data processing, and content generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, GHL, UiPath.
• AI: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, DALLE, Claude.
• CRM & Marketing: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript (a plus).
