Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist position at Black Box, a leading IT product and service solutions provider, is a crucial role within the Marketing Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Global Marketing Operations & Analytics in Mumbai, India, you will play a key role in utilizing the Pardot marketing automation platform to enhance Marketing and Sales activities. Your primary focus will be on attracting, engaging, and nurturing prospects throughout the customer journey to drive new qualified leads to Black Box. Your responsibilities will include building and executing demand generation programs and campaigns in Pardot, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You will create and optimize emails, landing pages, forms, and reports, conduct A/B tests, and continuously enhance campaigns for improved performance. Analyzing campaign metrics and providing insights to the marketing team, managing content translation and localization for different regions, and developing template-based and customized emailers in HTML & CSS are integral parts of your role. Additionally, you will advance lead scoring, support asset tracking, provide first-line support to international team members, and assist in data management initiatives with a focus on data integrity, segmentation, analysis, and lead processes connected to Salesforce. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience with marketing automation tools, proficiency in Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo, and expertise in email marketing campaigns, lead generation, landing pages, forms, and nurturing. Knowledge of HTML & CSS, email-campaign best practices, email fundamentals, testing methodologies, and certification in marketing automation tools are highly desirable. Basic Adobe Photoshop skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary and international teams are essential. Fluency in English at a business level is a must, and additional language skills are advantageous in our diverse work environment.,
