Job Title: Marketing Automation Expert Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Shift : 7pm IST - 4am IST About the Role: We are seeking an Marketing Automation Expert to design, implement, and manage workflows that increase efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and integrate AI-driven solutions across business operations. This role requires deep knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and process optimization strategies to ensure seamless operations and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis: Audit existing workflows to identify automation opportunities. Automation Design: Develop and deploy automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Go high level, or custom scripts. AI Integration: Implement AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) into content, marketing, and business processes. System Integration: Connect multiple platforms (CRM, marketing tools, analytics, payment systems) via APIs and automation tools. Testing & Optimization: Ensure all automations run smoothly, troubleshoot errors, and improve efficiency. Documentation & Training: Create process documentation and train teams on using automation tools effectively. Scalability Planning: Build systems that grow with the business without losing performance or quality. Qualifications: Proven experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or business process engineering. Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar. Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database integrations. Experience with AI tools for task automation, data processing, and content generation. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Tools & Skills: Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, GHL, UiPath. AI: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, DALLE, Claude. CRM & Marketing: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign. Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker Studio. Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript (a plus).
