What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work across the full funnel—from brand building to performance marketing. You’ll get hands-on experience and ownership across:

• Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Work with content and tech teams to improve search rankings and organic growth.
• Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and other tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Branding & Social Media: Support in brand storytelling, community building, and managing content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).
• Marketing Automation: Learn and use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, WebEngage, etc., to automate user journeys and retention.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals. 

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers with internships or side projects are welcome).
• Graduates in Marketing / BBA or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Fundamentals, SEO, SEM, Google & Meta Ads.
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
• Comfortable with data and eager to learn tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, HubSpot, etc.
• Added Advantage: experience with marketing tools, landing page builders, or video editing tools.
