Check out our products here - www.charcoal.inc Job Summary - We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Associate who’s curious, sharp, and ready to roll up their sleeves. This role sits at the heart of our growth efforts, supporting campaign execution, social content, influencer partnerships, and everything in between. If you're excited by the idea of working across brand, content, and performance, and want to learn what it takes to grow a design-led D2C brand, you’ll love this role. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position ideal for someone early in their marketing career (maximum 1-2 years of experience)with strong execution skills and a creative edge. Key Responsibilities - Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and performance channels. Coordinate with design, product, and operations teams to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign rollouts. Content Creation & Distribution: Help develop and manage content calendars for social media and newsletters. Write, edit, and publish compelling copy for social posts, reels, emailers, and landing pages. Influencer & Community Marketing: Research and manage outreach to influencers and creators for brand collaborations. Track and report performance of influencer partnerships and community initiatives. Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, collect insights, and contribute to weekly marketing dashboards. Suggest improvements based on data, what’s working, what’s not, and why. General Execution: Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, from scheduling posts to organizing brand assets. Jump in wherever needed, trust us, no 2 days will look the same. What You Have - 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles (internships count!) Strong written and verbal communication skills i.e. you’re quick with a headline or a smart caption. Curiosity about how brand and performance intersect in a fast-moving D2C company. Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content trends. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears quickly. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Bonus Points If You Have - Worked on a D2C, lifestyle, or design-focused brand. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Sheets. A portfolio of content you’ve created (can be personal projects or school work). A pulse on trending memes, music, reels, and everything in between. Show more Show less
