Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Manager at our pharmaceutical/healthcare company in Mohali, your role will involve developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company targets. You will be responsible for managing, training, and leading the sales and marketing team to boost performance. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and coordinate with product, operations, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy will be crucial in this role. You will oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns both online and offline, while building strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners. Analyzing sales and marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts, attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as a company representative, and ensuring CRM and sales data are up to date and regularly reviewed are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans - Manage, train, and lead the sales and marketing team - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence - Coordinate with product, operations, and customer service teams - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs - Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns - Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners - Prepare and analyze sales and marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions - Ensure CRM and sales data are up to date Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation - Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and sales In this role, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, and creative thinking with a customer-first approach will be essential for success. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.,
