                                As a Marketing and Sales Head at P.R. Rolling Mills, your role involves leading and executing marketing strategies for the Hot Rolling Mill specializing in manufacturing Special Steel Profiles. You will need a strong background in industrial application marketing, excellent technical knowledge of steel products, and the ability to develop business and penetrate market opportunities effectively.  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategic Marketing and Business Development:   - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote special steel profiles in diverse OEM and Aftermarket industries.   - Identify and capture new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.  - Market Research and Analysis:   - Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and identify market demands for hot-rolled steel profiles.   - Identify Import-Substitute products and customers.   - Analyze industry applications and trends using various softwares and tools and recommend product improvements and innovations.   - Generate leads and convert them into sales through various channels.  - Customer Relationship Management:   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.   - Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, helping them select the right steel profiles for their applications.  - Sales Leadership and Target Achievement:   - Create marketing and sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.   - Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.  - Travel and Field Engagement:   - Travel extensively to meet customers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities domestically and internationally.   - Identify exhibitions to participate in and visit both domestically and internationally.  - Industrial Application Marketing:   - Develop value propositions and marketing materials showcasing industrial applications of hot-rolled steel profiles.   - Educate customers on the performance benefits and cost advantages of the company's products.  - Brand Building and Promotion:   - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.   - Develop marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.  Qualifications and Skills:  Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, B-Tech  Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing structural rolling mill products. - Strong knowledge of steel grades, properties, and industrial applications. - Experience in working with OEMs in Construction Machinery, Automotive, Infrastructure, etc. industries.  Skills Required: - Excellent technical knowledge of hot-rolled steel products and their market applications. - Proven ability to lead sales teams, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships. - Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and marketing strategies for industrial products. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
