Job Description

As a Marketing and Sales Head for a Hot Rolling Mill specializing in manufacturing Special Steel Profiles, your role will involve leading and executing marketing strategies to promote the products in diverse industries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote special steel profiles in various industries, both OEM and Aftermarket. - Identifying and capturing new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends. - Conducting market research to gather competitive intelligence and identify market demands for hot-rolled steel profiles. - Analyzing industry applications and trends using various tools, recommending product improvements and innovations. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. - Creating a marketing and sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets. - Traveling extensively to meet customers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. - Developing value propositions and marketing materials showcasing industrial applications of hot-rolled steel profiles. - Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or B-Tech. Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing structural rolling mill products. - Strong knowledge of steel grades, properties, and industrial applications. - Experience in working with OEMs in industries such as Construction Machinery, Automotive, and Infrastructure. Skills Required: - Excellent technical knowledge of hot-rolled steel products and their market applications. - Proven ability to lead sales teams, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships. - Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and marketing strategies for industrial products. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
