Marketing and Sales Head

As the Head of Marketing at the company, your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies for various teams such as digital, advertising, communications, and creative. You will be responsible for managing budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals. Analyzing consumer behavior through market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation will be crucial to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating sales and marketing efforts with the sales department to plan product pricing strategies for profit maximization. - Leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media. - Overseeing promotional events and trade fairs at various locations. - Measuring and analyzing marketing performance metrics like leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in marketing management, focusing on strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques across digital and traditional channels. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
