Job Title: Marketing and Sales Head - Real Estate Experience: Minimum 5 Years Location: Tatibandh, Raipur Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Head to lead our real estate marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals. - Identify potential markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities in the real estate sector. - Oversee marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions to generate leads. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. - Coordinate with project management and finance teams to align sales efforts with project timelines and financial goals. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. - Negotiate and close deals with clients and key partners. - Drive brand awareness and position the company effectively in the real estate market. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the real estate industry. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
