Job Title: HR & Marketing Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)
Mode: In-office (6 days a week; Saturday – Work From Home)
Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill & output)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Marketing Intern who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers hands-on exposure across human resources, recruitment, employer branding, and digital marketing, working closely with the founder and core team.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for interns and junior roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and maintain hiring trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation (offer letters, NDAs, intern records)
• Maintain employee and intern databases
• Assist in HR operations, attendance tracking, and basic compliance support

Marketing & Branding

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email)
• Assist in creating content ideas, captions, and post schedules
• Coordinate with designers and marketing team for social media posts
• Help with lead lists, outreach tracking, and campaign reporting
• Support employer branding initiatives (careers posts, culture content, hiring creatives)

Founder’s Office Support

• Assist in coordination of meetings, follow-ups, and internal communication
• Support ad-hoc research and execution tasks related to HR and marketing
• Maintain basic reports and weekly updates

Skills & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and basic Excel
• Active on social media and understands digital content basics
• Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to work from office in Gurgaon
