Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)
Mode: In-office (6 days a week; Saturday – Work From Home)
Duration: 6 Months (extendable / full-time opportunity based on performance)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Intern who wants hands-on exposure across social media, lead generation, content, and performance marketing. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team on real campaigns—not dummy work.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Execution

• Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Assist in planning and publishing content calendars
• Write captions, post copies, and basic ad creatives (with designer support)
• Track engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics

Lead Generation & Growth

• Support B2B lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
• Create and manage prospect lists and outreach trackers
• Assist in running and monitoring paid ads (Meta / Google – basics)
• Support landing page reviews and conversion optimization ideas

Content & Branding

• Research content ideas for reels, carousels, and posts
• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Assist in employer branding and product marketing initiatives

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain weekly performance reports
• Track campaign results and suggest basic improvements

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate / final-year student in Marketing, Management, Media, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital marketing and growth
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Good written communication skills (English)
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Canva (basic)
• Willing to work from office in Gurgaon
