About the Role

We are looking for a confident Tele Sales Executive (English) to handle outbound calling, qualify leads, and fix meetings for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role with clear incentives and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead Qualification

• Make outbound calls to provided leads using a defined script
• Understand client requirements and qualify interest
• Clearly explain company services in simple, confident English
• Fix qualified meetings for the sales / founder team

CRM & Follow-ups

• Maintain accurate call records and lead status
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp
• Ensure timely updates in trackers / CRM

Sales Support

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
• Share daily call reports and weekly performance updates
• Meet call and meeting-fixing targets consistently

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Confident, clear, and persuasive communication style
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Freshers with strong English skills are welcome
