About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the sales and marketing teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the sales and business development team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective clients and internal meetings.
  • Help manage and update the CRM system with client and lead information.
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and networking events where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Support other strategic projects as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
