Role Overview

We’re looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Interns who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. This role offers exposure to both strategic and on-ground aspects of growing a travel and property management brand.

You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to explore collaborations, design creative marketing campaigns, and represent 8MH Organic at various forums and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the founder and team to develop innovative business and marketing strategies.
• Identify and approach potential business partners, collaborators, and property owners.
• Represent 8MH Organic at networking events, exhibitions, and other outreach opportunities.
• Act as campus ambassadors to build brand visibility within your institution or network.
• Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for collaborations.
• Conduct market research on trends in the boutique hospitality and short-term rental sectors.
• Support social media and content initiatives to amplify brand engagement.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and partnerships.
