Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real business outcomes in the B2B services space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
• Support in lead generation and follow-up activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate meetings and maintain communication with prospective clients
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
• Maintain CRM systems and update business development trackers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Out-of-the-box thinking and creative approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and business development process
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
• Prior internship or project experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Knowledge of the IT services or staffing industry
