Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing & Business Development Intern who will visit project sites, meet builders and property owners, generate leads, and support conversions into sales.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Visit new and ongoing construction sites, villas, gated communities, commercial spaces
• Meet land owners, builders, developers & project managers
• Present Green Aura’s services and collect requirements
• Generate leads and update daily visit reports
• Coordinate with management team for quotations and follow-ups
• Support marketing and branding activities

Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interact confidently with clients
• Lead generation and follow-up skills
• Basic MS Office / Google Sheets & WhatsApp communication skills
• Time management and reporting discipline
• Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred
