Green Aura is seeking a skilled and innovative Horticulture Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in horticulture, advanced 2D and 3D design skills, and a creative approach to landscape design and project execution. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, artistic vision, and practical project management abilities to deliver exceptional outdoor landscaping solutions for our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Design: Develop innovative and aesthetically appealing landscape designs using 2D and 3D software.
- Project Execution: Manage the implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Plant Selection: Advise on plant selection suitable for the local climate and specific project requirements.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for their outdoor spaces.
- Site-Specific Design: Conduct site analyses to evaluate soil conditions, sunlight, drainage, and other factors influencing plant health and landscape design.
- Client-Specific Design: Tailor landscape designs to meet clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with landscape architects, project managers, and labourers to ensure seamless project execution.
