This is an excellent opportunity for Horticulture Manager, someone looking to contribute to a major horticultural initiative. Your expertise in plant biology, soil science, pest management, and landscape design will be crucial in creating and maintaining a vibrant and sustainable green environment.

Education Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Horticulture Executive/Manager.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build positive working relationships.
• Proven experience in horticulture or a similar role in hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and integrated pest management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and planning planting schedules and environments to ensure optimal growth and health of plants and seasonal requirements. Supervise the horticulture and gardening activities of the designated staff.
• Regularly inspect plants for pests and diseases. Develop and implement integrated pest control strategies.
• Develop and maintain efficient irrigation and watering systems. Monitor water usage to ensure effective conservation and plant health.

Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
