Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Branding & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand’s voice, plan 360° marketing campaigns, and drive meaningful consumer connections. If you've worked in fashion and understand audience trends, storytelling, and channel strategies, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Build and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Campaign Planning: Lead end-to-end planning of campaigns—from ideation and execution to performance review.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to develop on-brand, trend-focused marketing assets.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Work closely with performance marketing teams (Meta, Google, Affiliates, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Retention Marketing: Coordinate with email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification teams to build engagement loops.
  • Influencer & PR Management: Identify, engage, and manage influencer collaborations and fashion PR opportunities.
  • Trendspotting: Keep an eye on cultural, fashion, and digital trends to inform creative strategies.
  • Event & Pop-up Marketing: Assist in brand activations, exhibitions, and offline marketing events.
  • Analytics: Track and report campaign performance with insights for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing.
  • Prior experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social media, and digital content formats.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or email/SMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure.
  • Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
