We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing and Branding Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry to lead our brand positioning and communication efforts. This role involves developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across projects, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies for the company and individual real estate projects. Ensure consistent visual and verbal branding across all marketing channels. Create compelling brand narratives, brochures, and digital content. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on-brand marketing assets. Oversee branding for events, project launches, and on-site marketing. Requirements: At least 2 years in the real estate sector . Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and customer experience. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to manage creative teams and marketing vendors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Real Estate Marketing: 2 years (Preferred) Real Estate Branding: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
