Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation (60%) – Main Focus Area

Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate and close leads for the academy.

Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

Run paid promotions, manage ad budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.

Manage the CRM to track leads, follow up, and ensure successful enrolments.

Collaborate with influencers, manage PR agencies, and explore strategic partnerships to boost visibility.

Engage with the online community—reply to comments, DMs, and nurture brand loyalty.

Work with photographers/videographers and creators to develop high-quality, relevant content.

Monitor campaign performance through analytics and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.

Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and campaigns to drive student engagement.

Administration & Front Desk (40%)

Greet and assist walk-ins and respond to enquiries in a warm, professional manner.

Manage student enrolment processes, maintain records, and coordinate class schedules.

Support faculty with operational requirements and class logistics.

Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming.

Facilitate smooth coordination among students, faculty, and management.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing result-oriented marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and offline channels.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM tools, and marketing analytics to drive enrolments.

Experience in working with influencers, PR agencies, and managing paid ad campaigns.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to follow up and close leads effectively.

Highly accountable, self-driven, and proactive—able to take full ownership of marketing performance and outcomes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

A passion for education, events, and the creative industries is a plus.
