Market Research & Business Analyst

Position Title: Market Research Analyst Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai Level: Senior Manager Function: Design Development Reports to: VP - Design Development Position Summary: The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the performance and potential of various asset classes based on primary and secondary market research, with a strong focus on retail-centric development . Key asset classes include retail, offices, hospitality, warehousing, and residential properties. Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research: Conduct research related to retail-centric development and other asset classes (hospitality, commercial, warehousing, residences). Assist retail brands in entering macro and micro markets. For Non-Operational Assets: City, site, and catchment analysis Demographic studies Trading density and competition benchmarking Best use and feasibility analysis Prepare reports, IMs, proposals, and presentations For Operational Assets: Demographic and psychographic profiling Analyze income, occupation, education, age, brand affinity, shopping habits Monitor competitor activities and activations Identify problems and opportunities related to market, consumption, center, and customer relationships 2. Development Support: Support business development with investors, developers, retailers, and landowners Project/site analysis Participate in design development and tenant mix planning 3. Business Development: Build relationships with international partners, vendors, suppliers Prepare project proposals Drive client engagements and closures Key Interactions: Internal: Business Development, Operations, Finance, HR External: Brokers/IPCs, developers, retail brands, and other stakeholders Managerial Competencies: Strong analytical and logical skills Time management and planning abilities Excellent presentation and decision-making skills Behavioral Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication Team collaboration and independence Integrity and confidentiality handling Position Requirements: Education: B.Arch; M.Arch in Urban Planning or a related field Experience: Minimum 5 years in research and business development Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
