Key Responsibilities

• Attend daily gate meetings and present structured updates on field activities.
• Proactively scout and identify new clients in the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers to drive business growth.
• Execute assigned field tasks with 100% accuracy.
• Consistently achieve or exceed targets for generating new contacts to expand client network.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• Experience:

  Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years’ experience in business development / field sales.

• Skills:

  Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills; knowledge of CRM tools is desirable.

• Traits:

  Resilient, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
