Key Responsibilities

Attend daily gate meetings and present structured updates on field activities.
Proactively scout and identify new clients in the assigned territory.
Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers to drive business growth.
Execute assigned field tasks with 100% accuracy.
Consistently achieve or exceed targets for generating new contacts to expand client network.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years’ experience in business development / field sales.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills; knowledge of CRM tools is desirable.
Traits:
Resilient, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
