Marine Superintendent

Role Overview: Royal Marine Ship Management is looking for a qualified Marine Superintendent to supervise the day-to-day marine operations of tanker vessels in Mohali. As a Marine Superintendent, you will ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, company procedures, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and monitor vessel operations for safe, efficient, and compliant performance. - Manage vetting inspections and prepare vessels for SIRE/CDI inspections. - Support and guide operational and safety matters with Masters and Chief Engineers. - Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Maintain compliance with international maritime regulations such as ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and SOLAS. - Support crew training, safety drills, and performance monitoring. - Coordinate with port authorities, classification societies, and third-party inspectors. Qualifications & Experience: - Ex-Master Mariner or Chief Officer with a valid Master COC. - Sea-going experience on Chemical tanker vessels is required. - Strong knowledge of marine operations, ship management, and vetting processes. - Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices. - Proven leadership skills and effective communication.
