This full-time, on-site position will be based at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day marine operations of our tanker vessels, ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations, company procedures, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor vessel operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance. Manage vetting inspections and ensure vessels are prepared and maintained to pass SIRE/CDI inspections. Liaise with Masters and Chief Engineers to support and guide operational and safety matters. Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions. Maintain compliance with international maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS). Support crew training, safety drills, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with port authorities, classification societies, and third-party inspectors. Qualifications & Experience Ex-Master Mariner or Chief Officer holding a valid Master COC. Sea-going experience on Chemical tanker vessels is essential. Strong knowledge of marine operations, ship management, and vetting processes. Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
