Alom Poly Extrusions Limited is a Flagship company under the Alom Group of Companies (Head Office Based in Kolkata, is one of the largest manufacturers of Aluminium/PVC Extrusions and its value added products for the last 25 years. and started it all to bring an advanced innovative product to the Indian market. The initiative converged down to being the pioneer in manufacturing Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene (DWC PE) Piping system for underground Gravity Flow conveyance compatible to the latest Global concept in this regard.The Company is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Certified Manufacturer and Exporter. 

Major responsibilities:

 Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of HT & LT Sections which includes 33 KV HT Breaker (SF6),LT ACBs of different Ratings (From 800 A to 3200 A rated Siemens/L&T), Transformer with OLTC (1250 KVA) and DG Set of 600 KVA

 Strict adherence of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Fully Automated 5 nos PVC Extrusions Lines which includes VFDs (ABB,Yaskawa,Schneider) Rated from 1 KW upto 250 KW driven Motors of Rated upto 250 KW, PLCs (Siemens S7),HMI,Sensors & Transducers to Monitor & Control different Process Parameters like Temperature, Air Pressure,Melt Pressure,Weight etc to ensure Zero Downtime.

 Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Entire Utility System which includes Chilling Plant having 2 nos Bluestar make Chillers of 135 Tr, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Process Pumps etc to ensure Zero Downtime and Quality Production.

 Make RCA for all production losses and prepare CAPA  Implement & monitor the progress of ManEx & Opex (TPM, TQM, Team Work, 5S, EHS, Asset Care) and coordinates with departments and implementation teams regularly to review work and progress  Established Autonomous Maintenance system & monitor MTBF & MTTR

 Implementation of energy conservation measures & cost reduction initiatives to facilitate effective maintenance operations.

 Proficiency on handling maintenance operations with ability to reduce machinery downtime and optimize efficiency of machines & equipment.

 Knowledge in Project Planning, Commissioning and monitoring of Project Progress with base builder.
