Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily production activities in the steel door manufacturing unit. - Planning, scheduling, and monitoring production workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Coordinating between design, production, and installation teams for seamless operations. - Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. - Optimizing manpower, machinery, and material usage for efficiency. - Resolving production issues promptly and implementing continuous improvements. - Preparing and presenting production reports to management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in manufacturing/production management, preferably in steel fabrication or a related industry. - Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to handle a team effectively. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (Sheet metal drawings) and familiarity with other production software/tools. - Good understanding of lean manufacturing practices and process optimization. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field is preferred.
