As a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator at Galvo Steel Doors, your role will involve operating and maintaining high-precision laser cutting machines to cut steel sheets and components according to design specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut steel panels and components. - Read and interpret design files, technical drawings, and job sheets. - Monitor laser cutting operations for accuracy, speed, and quality. - Conduct regular quality checks on finished parts using measuring instruments. - Adjust machine settings for different thicknesses and materials as required. - Perform routine maintenance and proactively report machine issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in operating CNC laser cutting machines, with a minimum of 1 year preferred. - Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and CAD files. - Basic knowledge of laser machine software such as Lantek, Bystronic, or similar. - Familiarity with various grades and thicknesses of steel. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
