We are looking for a Manual Testing Lead to drive testing efforts across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, and API platforms. The role requires deep expertise in manual testing, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance testing. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, enforce testing best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of secure, high-quality enterprise solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance
o Lead manual testing efforts across AEM, Salesforce, and API integrations.
o Define test strategy, test plans, and detailed test cases.
o Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
o Perform data privacy and security testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
o Validate API responses, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.
o Ensure testing coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration
o Mentor and guide the QA team, ensuring adherence to testing standards.
o Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects for defect triage and resolution.
o Work closely with security and compliance teams to address vulnerabilities.
o Document processes, test results, and knowledge base using Confluence.
o Track and report defects, test progress, and quality metrics via Jira.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
o 7–10 years of experience in manual testing with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
o Strong testing knowledge across:
o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
o Salesforce (E-commerce/CRM / Marketing Cloud)
o REST/SOAP APIs (using Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
o Proven experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance testing.
o Proficient in Agile delivery models.
o Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence.
o Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
o Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) for regression.
o Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
o Experience leading distributed (onshore/offshore) QA teams.
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
o Strong leadership with attention to detail.
o Passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
o Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
