Junior Manual QA Tester

Success in this position means being proactive, organized, and analytical — with the ability to independently run test cycles, log issues clearly, and support a smooth user experience. Your work will directly impact product performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of features, user flows, and edge cases across platforms
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and precision
• Work independently to test updates, debug issues, and validate fixes on your local setup
• Use Excel for tracking test cases, logging results, and analyzing trends
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts
• Basic understanding of product metrics and user behavior analytics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation
• Understand basic product metrics and how testing impacts lifecycle performance

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manual testing or QA roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
