We are looking for 4 - 8 years skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Salesforce testing, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and the ability to collaborate in an Agile environment. This role requires thorough knowledge of functional, integration and API testing within the Salesforce ecosystem, as well as experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Octane.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases
  • Conduct functional, integration and API testing for AUT.
  • Validate Salesforce object structures, automation logic and custom configurations.
  • Use tools like Postman or SoapUI for testing REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Manage and track test cycles using JIRA, Octane or other test management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Identify, report and track bugs through resolution.
  • Ensure thorough testing across different Salesforce environments (e.g., sandbox, UAT, production).
Requirements:
  • Between 4-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer working on Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation components (e.g., validation rules, flows, process builders).
  • Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of integration testing and working with test data.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Octane or TestRail.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
