Job Description

We are searching for skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineers with 4 - 8 years of experience to become part of our team. The perfect candidates will possess extensive knowledge in Salesforce testing, a strong grasp of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile setting. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of functional, integration, and API testing within the Salesforce ecosystem, along with proficiency in utilizing test management tools like JIRA or Octane. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business and technical requirements to formulate detailed test scenarios and cases, carrying out functional, integration, and API testing for AUT, validating Salesforce object structures, automation logic, and custom configurations, employing tools like Postman or SoapUI for testing REST/SOAP APIs, managing and monitoring test cycles using JIRA, Octane, or similar tools, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage, participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs until resolution, and guaranteeing thorough testing across various Salesforce environments like sandbox, UAT, and production. The ideal candidate will have: - 4-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce platforms. - A strong comprehension of Salesforce data models encompassing standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields. - Proficiency in Salesforce automation components like validation rules, flows, and process builders. - Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration testing with test data manipulation. - Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Octane, or TestRail. - Sound understanding of Agile development methodologies, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
