Job Description

Job Title :- Manager/Sr. Manager - Leasing

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage lease abstraction, administration, and compliance for retail, commercial, corporate, mall management, land acquisition, and sale deeds.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Oversee lease negotiations with tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to retain business and expand services offered.
Ensure timely execution of lease documents and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Commercial Leasing (Retail Leasing), Corporate Leasing, Mall Management, Land Acquisition & Sale Deed.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
