Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing


Job Description:


Manager, Sales & Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, team leadership, and strong client relationships, typically in OEM Sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- Extensive customer account management experience, both in India and globally, including handling major OEM accounts.


- Technical sales expertise, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and product teams, both internally and at the customers end.


- Full business development cycle management, from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiations, sales agreement discussions, and order fulfilment.


- Sales budgeting and margin management, demonstrating financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability.


- Product development collaboration, with experience managing the product development cycle in partnership with customers, ensuring alignment with market needs.


- Quality and compliance, including experience handling ISO and customer audits, and coordinating audit responses.


Required Qualifications and Skill-sets:


Qualifications:


- Engineering degree (essential), with a strong preference for candidates who also hold an MBA (or equivalent business qualification).


Experience:


- 10 - 15 years in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record in industrial or B2B environments, ideally within manufacturing sectors such as specialty metals, stainless steel, automotive (especially EV powertrain components), ordnance, or electronic components (e.g., common mode chokes, magnetic cores).


- Experience working with plant cross-functional teams, having the ability to bridge the gap between commercial and operational functions, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturing processes.


- High Analytical skills and logical thought process.


- Ability to manage teams (direct and indirect).


- Excellent communication skills to deal with international clientele and foreign team members.


- Ability to present to top management.


- Digital proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS Word.


- Language proficiency: Hindi, English, other regional language or international language

knowledge is plus.


- Knowledge of Logistics inco terms
